환불 정책 (Return and refund policy)

- 상품을 받은 날부터 14일 이내에 반품을 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 사용하지 않은 상태로, 받으신 포장과 구성품이 모두 있어야 합니다.
- 상품이 불량이거나 주문과 다른 상품이 온 경우, 배송비를 포함한 모든 비용은 nomora가 부담합니다.
- 상품을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 또는 그 사실을 알게 된 날부터 30일 이내에 연락 주시면 교환 또는 환불해 드립니다.
- 상품 상태를 확인할 수 있는 사진이나 짧은 영상을 함께 보내 주시면 더 빠르게 처리됩니다.
- 고객님의 사용이나 부주의로 상품이 훼손된 경우
- 사용 흔적 등으로 상품 가치가 크게 떨어진 경우
- hello@nomora.shop 으로 주문번호와 반품 사유를 보내 주세요.
- 반품 주소와 방법은 이메일로 안내해 드립니다. 안내 없이 보내신 상품은 처리가 늦어질 수 있습니다.
- 반품 상품을 받은 날부터 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 결제하신 수단으로 환불해 드립니다.
- 카드사 사정에 따라 실제 반영까지 며칠 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, with all original packaging and parts.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If your item arrives defective or isn't what you ordered, we cover all costs, including shipping.
- Contact us within 3 months of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
- A photo or short video of the issue helps us sort it out faster.
We can't accept returns for
- Items damaged through misuse or accident
- Items with heavy signs of use
- Email hello@nomora.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before hearing from us.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return.
- Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
